Woodlands Village is only a few minutes from the Cherrybrook Metro train station and Pennant Hills Station. Local bus services run to Cherrybrook Shopping Village, Castle Towers and smaller shopping centres.
There are a number of social and sporting clubs nearby including West Pennant Hills Sports Club, Pennant Hills Bowling Club, Pennant Hills Golf Club and the Village itself offers many in-house facilities.
For residents who enjoy remaining fit, the Great North Walk, the Benowie Walking Track and Callicoma Track start quite close to the village.
Adjacent to the pool is an air-conditioned exercise room equipped with exercise machines.
The pool is comfortably heated for 9 months of the year.

The village has its own 23 seater, air-conditioned bus which regularly goes to Cherrybrook Shopping Centre, Pennant Hills Shopping Centre and Hornsby Shopping Centre. Picnics, theatre trips, morning and afternoon tea visits, nurseries, lunch trips and Christmas lights are all regularly organised trips.

Our medical clinic is serviced by a local Doctor each week, however, you may prefer your own doctor to make a home visit.
The meals at Woodlands Village are prepared and cooked on the premises. The quality and variety of our meals, we believe, are amongst the best.
Both lounge and dining rooms are available to all residents.
A piano and stereo equipment are available for use by residents.
