Woodlands offer both self-care and serviced accommodation. There are a total of 145 units: 97 self-care “Garden” units and 48 Serviced “Lodge” apartments.
Importantly, the Lodge is staffed 24 hours a day and all units, both self-care and serviced, have “vital call”, providing peace of mind for both the resident and their families.
Designed with a desirable northerly or nor-easterly aspect there are two styles of accommodation available:
Completely single level, there are two spacious bedrooms with floor to ceiling built in robes, light and airy lounge/dining which opens onto the front patio and lawn area, kitchen with elevated stove, terrific storage and an outlook over the private courtyard. On either the ground or first floor, these one and two bedroom units have spacious lounge/dining area, which open, through glass sliding doors to tiled patios with gardens or private balconies. They also offer a versatile kitchen, ample storage throughout and an internal laundry with washing machine and driers. Carports located on the perimeter road are available with selected units. All serviced units open internally onto sun drenched, garden walkways. Units open externally to private patios or balconies, either with a bush or garden outlook.
Accommodation is available in one-bedroom suites that offer entry foyer, living room, kitchenette and spacious bedroom with en-suite. Both the North and South wings of the Lodge are serviced by a lift. Read more
